The 9th Great Hun Turkic Congress started with a magnificent ceremony

The 9th Great Hun Turkic Congress held in  Bugac in Hungary began with  a magnificent opening ceremony with participants from all over the Turkic World. Organised with the contributions of TURKSOY, the congress was attended by artists from the founding member countries as well as soloists from Turkic communities in the Russian Federation. This participation was an indication of the significant contribution of TURKSOY to the representation of Turkic communities in the Russian Federation this year as in previous years.

Opening speeches of the  event were delivered  by Andraş Biro, the President of the Hungarian Turan Foundation, together with Sándor Lezsák the Deputy Speaker of the Hungarian National Parliament and Boglárka Illés, the State Secretary of the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

 
The ceremony was attended by TURKSOY Secretary General Sultan Raev, the President of the Assembly of the Republic of TRNC Zorlu Töre, the Secretary General of the Organisation of Turkic States Kubançbek Ömüraliyev, TURKPA Secretary General Mehmet Süreyya Er, the President of the International Turkic Academy Prof. Dr. Şahin Mustafayev, MPs from Istanbul Prof. Dr. Ilyas Topsakal, Prof. Dr. Dr. İsmail Demir and Hasan Turan, the Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan Yusufjon Usmanov, the Deputy Minister of Culture of Turkmenistan Nursahet Shirimov, the Vice President of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency Dr. Mahmut Çevik as well as Chiefs of Diplomatic Missions in Budapest along with  many other important figures.
