Special decoration awarded to Secretary General Raev by Mr. Sadyr Japarov, the President of Kyrgyzstan

Upon decision of Mr. Sadyr Japarov, the President of Kyrgyzstan and in recognition of his contribution to the independence and cultural development of Kyrgyzstan as well as to the preservation of the common heritage of the Turkic World, Mr. Sultan Raev,  Secretary General of the International Organisation of Turkic Culture was awarded a special decoration on the occasion of the ‘100th Anniversary of the Karakyrgyz Autonomous Region’.

At the award ceremony held in  Bishkek, the  capital of Kyrgyzstan, TURKSOY Secretary General Sultan Raev said that the Order is an important symbol for the cultural integration of the Turkic World and added that  he considers it as a great responsibility  for himself to promote the rich cultural heritage of Kyrgyzstan at an international scale. Secretary General Raev who expressed his gratitude to President Sadyr Zhaparov for the meaningful award ceremony added that he will further pursue his activities  with strong  determination.

Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev, who handed over the  special Orders on behalf of President Sadyr Zhaparov, congratulated the recipients thereof and stressed the importance of  the contribution of Kyrgyz cultural and artistic figures to the development of Kyrgyzstan and the preservation of its cultural heritage.
