Message of gratitude to Secretary General Raev published by Erkin Cuasbek, the Director General of the Muhtar Avezov Theater

In his message, Cuasbek thanked Raev for the close attention and support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Mukhtar Avezov Kazakh National Drama Theatre for the IX International Theatre Festival of Central Asian Countries held in Shymkent, Kazakhstan.

In the continuation of the message, Cuasbek noted that the festival strengthened the ties of cooperation and friendship between Turkic-speaking countries in the art of theatre and paved the way for creating a common space between the theatres of the Turkic world, noting that theatre groups from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Tatarstan, Karakalpakstan and Turkey participated in the festival.

‘I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the organiser of the festival, the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan and TURKSOY Secretary General Sultan Raev for their contribution to strengthening friendship and development of cultural relations between Turkic peoples. I am also grateful to the governorship of Shymkent city, Jumat Shanin Shymkent City Academic Kazakh Drama Theatre and other ensembles that made a great contribution to the festival.’
