Medal of TURKSOY awarded to Dostan Alijanovich Ibragimov

The President of the Federation of Automobile and Motorcycle Sports of Kyrgyzstan and Vice President of the Federation of Automobile and Motorcycle Sports of Kazakhstan Dostan Alijanovich Ibragimov was awarded the Medal of TURKSOY for his contribution to the development of sports in the Turkic World and his selfless work to strengthen cooperation between Turkic States.

At the ceremony held in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, the Medal of TURKSOY was presented by the Minister of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Erbol Myrzabosynov to Mr. Ibragimov who is known for his work in the field of sports at national and international level and for his contribution to the development of automobile and motorcycle sports, as well as for boxing and especially women's boxing. Mr. Ibragimov, who has carried out important work in many areas such as the popularization of mass and professional sports, supporting athletes and organizing large-scale events, sets an example with his support for sports in the Turkic World.

In his congratulatory message, TURKSOY Secretary General Sultan Raev said:

“Preserving the common cultural and sporting values of the Turkic World, transferring them to future generations and strengthening cooperation in these fields are among the main objectives of TURKSOY. Dostan Alijanovich Ibragimov's selfless contribution to sports and his efforts to strengthen the solidarity between Turkic States are commendable. We would like to express our heartfelt I would like to congratulate him wholeheartedly and express my belief that he will continue to inspire the Turkic World with his valuable work.”

The International Organization of Turkic Culture TURKSOY will continue to honor those who have contributed to  culture, art and sports in the Turkic World and will further pursue its activities to preserve common values.
