Cooperation protocol signed between TURKSOY and the Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey University

The protocol signed by TURKSOY Deputy Secretary General Sayit Yusuf and Prof. Dr. Mehmet Gavgalı the Rector of the Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey University  aims at cooperation activities to be carried out in   academic, cultural and social fields as well as at the  preservation and promotion of Turkic culture and heritage along with the development of joint projects in this field.

Within the scope of the protocol, the signatory parties  will  cooperate in cultural, artistic and academic fields and carry out events such as workshops, conferences, symposiums, congresses, exhibitions, festivals as well as concerts together. In addition to this, internship and training programmes for students will also be implemented. The Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey University will support TURKSOY's academic, scientific and cultural activities by providing scientists or consultants in accordance with their fields of expertise.

Both parties will also support eachother and provide the necessary assistance in  studies carried out in  their fields of common interest. The cooperation between the two institutions aims at further fostering the cultural and academic heritage of the Turkic World.
