Course on diplomacy given to staff members of TURKSOY by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey

A course on diplomacy was organized for staff members of TURKSOY at the Academy of Diplomacy of the Republic of Turkey.

The course which took place at the Galip Balkar Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey was attended by staff members of TURKSOY headed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bilal Çakıcı, the Deputy Secretary General of TURKSOY.

The course was given by the former ambassador Prof. Dr. Ali Engin Oba from the Çağ University, Mr. Emir Salim Yüksel, Deputy Director General of Cultural Diplomacy, Mr. Mustafa Kara; Head of the Department of Communications and Civil Society Relations and the Head of the Department of Protocol Affairs  Mr. Tolga Orkun who made presentations on “Diplomacy and International Relations”, “Diplomatic Correspondence Methods”, “Cultural Diplomacy”, “Public Diplomacy and  Social Media”, “General Rules of Protocol”.

At the end of the course, staff members of TURKSOY were handed over their certificates by the Deputy Director General of the Academy of Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey Mrs. Beste Pehlivan Sun.
