Composers of the Turkic World came together in Beypazarı

The Composers' Gathering of the International Organization of Turkic Culture TURKSOY traditionally held every year took place in Beypazarı.

This year, the gathering brought together composers from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Bashkortostan (R.F.) and Tatarstan (R.F.).

Within the framework of the gathering held with a view to foster interaction and cooperation among composers of the Turkic World and contribute to fruitful exchanges as well as to creativity, composers of the Turkic World visited TURKSOY Headquarters where they met with TURKSOY Secretary General  Dusen Kasseinov and extended their gratitude to him for TURKSOY's unique contribution to Turkic culture and art.

In the meeting, composers of the Turkic World stressed that this gathering which is a unique opportunity for them to come together and promote the music and culture of their respective countries while mutually sharing their experience and repertoire also allows them to create new compositions which will, in turn, inspire young composers in the future.

Within the framework of the  gathering which will  take place in the historical Sedre Mansion of Beypazarı, a city of Turkey known for its ancient buildings and mansions, composers of the Turkic World will work on their compositions for 10 days and contribute ton the enrichment of Turkic music and art with their works.
